Biography

A 2004-graduate of Tomsk Polytechnic University as a specialist in Humanities, Liliya Kiryanova was awarded her PhD degree for research on Social Communications in 2007. Her academic career included a number of pieces of training at European universities; for 7 years, from 2009 to 2016, she had been acting as the Russian coordinator of the Tempus international program projects (International MSc training in tourism for Siberian regions" and The Network of Regional Tourist Centers).

2012 - 2016 Russian coordinator of the International consortium of the Tempus program project (the European Commission) The Network of Regional Tourist Centers.
