In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Automation and electroenegetics of Tomsk Polytechnic University (specialty "Engineering and electrophysics of high voltage").

В 1994 году окончил факультет автоматики и электроэнергетики Томского политехнического университета (специальность «Техника и электрофизика высоких напряжений»).

С 1994 г. по 1997 г. обучался в аспирантуре ТПУ по специальности 05.14.12 «Техника высоких напряжений» под научным руководством профессора В.И. Курца. Направление диссертационной работы - исследование процессов электроимпульсного разрушения диэлектрических материалов. Кандидатскую диссертацию защитил 5 ноября 1997 г.

В 2001 году получил второе высшее образование на инженерно-экономическом факультете ТПУ (специальность «Экономика и управление на предприятии»).

1998 - 2002 - Assistant to the First Vice-Rector;

2000 - present - Associate Professor of the Department of Electric Power Systems;

2002 - 2004 - Deputy Head of the Division of Academic Methodology;

2004 - 2007 – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs,

2007 - 2009 - Head of the Department of Academic Methodology;

2009 - 2014 - Head of the Division of Academic Methodology;

2014 - Deputy Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.

Research

Research interests: the development of the education system; educational management, development and evaluation of programs of development organizations ( organizational structures ), creating innovative forms of vocational education , the development of information technologies in education ( education management ).

Author and co-author of 56 scientific and educational works, including 4 textbooks.

Область научных интересов: развитие системы образования; образовательный менеджмент; разработка и оценка эффективности программ развития организаций (организационных структур); создание инновационных форм профессионального образования; разработка информационных технологий в образовании (управлении образованием).

Автор и соавтор 56 научных и учебно-методических работ, в т.ч. 4 учебных пособий.
