Biography
A 2004-graduate of Tomsk Polytechnic University as a specialist in Humanities, Liliya Kiryanova was awarded her PhD degree for research on Social Communications in 2007. Her academic career included a number of pieces of training at European universities; for 7 years, from 2009 to 2016, she had been acting as the Russian coordinator of the Tempus international program projects (International MSc training in tourism for Siberian regions" and The Network of Regional Tourist Centers).
Liliya Kiryanova started her administrative career as the Head of Internet-Communications Department at TPU in 2010. After 3 years, she took up the position of the Head of Communication Policy Division.
Today, she holds the position of TPU Vice-Rector for External Affairs and leads the Division for Development Programs.
