Eleonora L. Moiseenko - Chief Accountant of Tomsk Polytechnic University, third-class Common Councillor of the Tomsk Region.

Education

1995 - graduated from Tomsk State University and earned a degree in "Management";

2002 - passed qualifying examination at the Central Certification and Licensing Audit Commission of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

2009 - gained a qualification of Chief Accountant of Public and Municipal Institutions by the decision of the Presidential Council of the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Russian Federation;

2015 - confirmed the compliance with qualification requirements of "Accountant" professional standard for "Chief Accountant" labour function. Member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

Employment History

1995 - worked at Tomsk Polytechnic University as an accountant, then as an economist of the FInance Planning Office, then as a head of the Department of State Order Placement;

2008 - Head of the Accounting Office - Chief Accountant of the Administration of Sovetsky District of Tomsk city;

2012 - Head of the Audit Office of the Territorial fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance of the Tomsk Region;   2013 - Deputy Head of the Department of Finance of Tomsk city administration;

January 2014 - present - Chief Accountant of Tomsk Polytechnic University.
