Biography
Alexandr Zhuchkov was born in 1970 in Bashkiria. He graduated from the Department of Automation and Electric Power Supply of Tomsk Polytechnic University

1995 - 2003 Researcher of High Voltage Institute (SRI BH) at Tomsk Polytechnic University.
1998 - 2001 Postgraduate studies in Tomsk Polytechnic University.
2003 - 2004 Director of the Center for Continuing Education of Tomsk Polytechnic University,
2004 - 2008 Director of the Center for Paid Educational Services and Graduate Employability.
2008 - 2009 Deputy Vice-Rector for Finance.
Since 2009 - Deputy First Vice-Rector.
